Decided to have the afternoon off work and head off the local. Not too promising when we arrived with only very light gusts coming through, so choose to go BIG or go home. After rigging up and preparing to get out on the water the wind picked up and had quite a few powered up runs to and forth, including a wicked crash and burn, whilst trying to find the straps. But if your not wet your not trying.

After a couple of hours out there with Clive and Perry (a mate of Radical Robís) who seem to get planning a lot easier than me on a 7.5, maybe cos he is half my size, went in for a rest. The rest ended up being longer than required as the wind dropped. Finally got back out but after an hour decided that it just wasnít enough and the pub was calling and as usual when the kit is on the roof it picks up ñ most probably the wind that Al described in his latest entry.

Only a 2 star as the weather was a bit crap but I wasnít at work.
